I booked a hot air balloon tour with this company. The tour was cancelled but I only found out after contacting the company. Our hotel front desk mentioned that hot air balloons were cancelled for the day we had booked so I had to reach out to the company asking for confirmation. I was shocked that they had not reached out to me to communicate next steps. They confirmed the balloon ride was cancelled and I asked them what my options were. I asked them to issue a full refund to my account. They said that I should see it within 1-10 days and I have yet to see a refund. I reached out to them after the 10 days and was told they were looking into it. Four days later, I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm truly disappointed at the terrible customer service from this company and would never book anything from them in the future.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked the tour through the hotel so didn't know what your company we were getting into. The guide, Gokhan, I believe was a good guide. He matched the energy of the group and made the tour a fun experience. He was informative during our stops. The tour itself is what it is for a group tour. You stop at shopping sites for too long to try and get you to buy things. You stop at a mediocre food place will meat overcooked and dry. However, Gokhan our guide was very flexible with time allowing us to stay at places we enjoyed longer. For the price we paid, a guided tour, entrance fee included, lunch and the transport, it is still worth it.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
